Terms and Conditions for the booking of social and science tours of the 15th International Coral Reef Symposium 2022, 3 – 8 July 2022

1. Organizer Social tours
WFB- Wirtschaftsförderung Bremen GmbH, Geschäftsbereich Marketing und Tourismus, Bremen Convention Bureau, Findorffstr. 105, 28215 Bremen, GERMANY.

2. Organizer Science tours
Universität Bremen, Bibliothekstraße 1, 28359 Bremen, GERMANY.

3. Booking of social and science tours
a) Please note that you participate in all tours at your own risk. The organizer does not take any responsibility.
b) A minimum number of participants is required for each tour. If this number of participants is not reached, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the tour and refund the money.
c) A booking is completed and binding only after receipt of full payment. br> d) All payments must be made in Euro. After the booking was submitted you will receive a written invoice (pdf-document) by e-mail.

4. Changes and amendments
A service fee of EUR 20.00 will be charged for changes, additional bookings and/or amendments of the booking after invoicing.

5. Cancellation policy
a)Once the booking, confirmation and payment have been made, any later cancellation is excluded; the fees will be refunded only in case of tour cancellation.
b)Please be at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the tour starts. Tours leave on time; no refunds will be given due to tardiness.

6. Applicable law
The place of jurisdiction is Bremen.

Data protection

Booking implies your authorization to allow the WFB Bremen Convention Bureau to provide the social and science tour Organizer with your registration information. Personal details that you provide to WFB Bremen Convention Bureau with your booking are processed electronically and are used exclusively for processing the booking and for customer service purposes. Your data will not be disclosed to third parties, exceptions are the involved business partners. The right of objection of the person concerned pursuant to section 21 of the European Data Protection Act is expressly pointed out.
