Registration and confirmation
Each participant must go through a separate registration process. Upon receipt of the invoice or confirmation of registration, the registration is considered official and effective.
Invoices
All fees are due upon receipt of the invoice or registration confirmation. Wire transfers must include the participant's name and invoice number or they will not be accepted. All credit cards (VISA or Mastercard) are accepted.
Cancellations, changes, refunds
Registration for the conference is binding.

Force Majeure, Disclaimer
The Organizing Committee of the Bremen Symposium 2023 is responsible for any changes to individual parts of the event. Claims for damages are excluded if the realization of the event or individual parts is impeded or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or in general by force majeure, or if it is not feasible due to the cancellation of speakers or similar changes.
Depending on the Corona regulations valid at the time of the conference, the Organizing Committee of the Bremen Symposium 2023 reserves the right to make changes in the conference organization and implementation.
Limitation of liability
The liability for services and possible problems with the services lies exclusively with the service provider. Participation in all events of the supporting program is exclusively at the participant's own risk. The Organizing Committee of the Bremen Symposium 2023 assumes no liability for damages in case of death, injury to body or health, unless there is a negligent or intentional breach of duty by the organizer, his legal representatives or vicarious agents. For all other damages, the liability of the Organizing Committee of the Bremen Symposium 2023, its legal representatives and its vicarious agents is limited to intent and gross negligence, provided that no essential contractual obligations have been violated.

We use the data entered during registration only for the purpose of organizing the respective congress for which you have registered. The mandatory information requested during registration must be provided in full.

Purpose:
Binding conclusion of a contract within the scope of the above-mentioned events and booking options or fulfillment of pre-contractual measures. Registration without the required data is not possible.
Marketing for related congresses and other events that witago carries out on behalf of third parties:

Deletion of data and storage period:
Personal data will be stored by us for as long as is necessary to fulfill the stated purpose. In addition, it may be that the legislator requires us to store data or data records relating to our accounting.
The data will then be irrevocably deleted after the expiry of the periods specified by the legislator.
If the processing of personal data is based on the data subject's consent, we will process the data until the data subject revokes this consent.
