Each participant must go through a separate registration process. Upon receipt of the invoice or confirmation of registration, the registration is considered official and effective.
All fees are due upon receipt of the invoice or registration confirmation. Wire transfers must include the participant's name and invoice number or they will not be accepted. All credit cards (VISA or Mastercard) are accepted.

The Organizing Committee of the DGG Anual Meeting 2023 is responsible for any changes to individual parts of the event. Claims for damages are excluded if the realization of the event or individual parts is impeded or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or in general by force majeure, or if it is not feasible due to the cancellation of speakers or similar changes.
Depending on the Corona regulations valid at the time of the conference, the Organizing Committee of the DGG Anual Meeting 2023 reserves the right to make changes in the conference organization and implementation.
